Complex Vector Assignment

This was probably the hardest but coolest project so far. It took so much time and work, but I loved every second of it. I started off working on the body outline and moved up each layer after that. The hardest layer had to be the shoes since they looked awkward and didn't seem to fit my drawing, but after adding a ton of shadows they seem to look perfectly fine. My favorite part about everything was getting to play around with the shadows. I find it so cool that adding a few shadows can add so much of a realistic effect on a drawing. I decided to add a colorful background to make the vector even more fun. I am excited to keep playing around with Illustrator and creating cool and fun pieces.
